When performing fault remedies
user should take in to the consideration Data Security and Data Integrity. All the data that is stored in the machine
that is taken in to the maintains should be secured and backed up if needed. It’s
common that data is always backed up when performing fault
remedies on servers and hard drives. However all the data should be secured and
should come back to the user as it was when the user saves it last time. The
data should be also compatible so if any software like for example Microsoft Project
have been uninstalled it has to be installed again and the data should be able
to open on this software. All the files also should not be corrupted because it’s
the same as they wouldn’t be there.

You should use Ideals virtual data room for your data protection. I think it is better to use cloud services.
